1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from AIIT, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

AIIT provides:

  • Online, self-paced IT training courses

  • Digital course materials

  • Corporate training solutions

All courses are delivered via AIIT’s proprietary LMS platform.

3. Course Access

  • Access is granted for 12 months from activation

  • Access credentials are provided after payment confirmation

  • Course content varies and may include downloadable materials

4. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by AIIT upon payment

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited

AIIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Payments

  • Card payments

All prices are in United States Dollar (USD)

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase

  • No refunds after access has been substantially used or after the 48-hour period

  • No refunds for corporate (B2B) purchases

7. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

AIIT reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts

  • Revoke course access

  • Take legal action to recover funds and associated costs

8. Intellectual Property

All course content is the property of AIIT.

Users may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce materials

  • Share access with others

  • Resell or redistribute courses

9. Corporate (B2B) Training

  • Accounts are created per user but owned by the purchasing company

  • Companies may reassign access where applicable

  • Progress tracking and reporting are available

Custom agreements with corporate clients override these Terms.

No refunds apply to corporate purchases.

10. Educational Disclaimer

  • Courses are provided for educational purposes only

  • AIIT does not guarantee certification success or exam outcomes

  • AIIT is not affiliated with certification bodies unless explicitly stated

11. Platform Availability

Services are provided “as is”.

AIIT does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

AIIT shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Termination

AIIT may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Misuse of the platform

14. Minors

Users under 18 must have parental consent.

AIIT is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

Any disputes shall be handled by courts in Mauritius.

16. Updates to Terms

AIIT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
